ORDERING
Q. When do I receive my item?
A. All orders placed before 3pm of every working days (With option of Next Day Delivery) are sent out immediately to reach our customers before 6pm the next working days. Orders using the 3-4 days delivery option is also sent out immediately but to reach you within 3 to 4 working days. Orders placed after 3pm and weekends will be processed on the next working day. For orders outside the United Kingdom we usually use UPS and it may take up to 3-4 working days.
Q. What happens if I bought the wrong screen for my laptop?
A. If you have wrongly purchased the wrong screen for your laptop you should contact us immediately and have it sent back to us for replacement. Please note that all delivery charges will apply.

Q. What are the payment options?

Q. Do I get a VAT Receipt after my purchase?
A. Yes. All fully processed orders comes with a full VAT receipt sent to you via email or snail mail.

Q. Which courier service do you use for the delivery?
A. We usually use Royal Mail and UPS for our item shipping. If you want the item sent to you specially by any courier service provider please contact with the information.
Q. What will happen if I miss my delivery?
A. Royal Mail or UPS (or other postal service we may have used) will leave you a card with the telephone number of the local depot, so that you can contact them to arrange a convenient time for redelivery or collection.

A. We deliver to all locations worldwide.
Q. What happens if I receive a damaged screen?
A. We carefully pack and package the screen and it is rare for your purchased items to be damaged when you receive them. However, We will replace any damaged products if the damaged item is reported to us within 7 days on delivery.
